Flippa and 301 redirects?

Let's there is a website A which is the one that's being sold.

This domain A ranks because of a 301 redirect from domain B and another 500+ links pointing at it since redirection. Now is it legit to sell a website on flippa and then create another website and redirect to that one? Or is this scamming? The website should still rank considering the Domain B only has about 300 links. What are your thoughts?

As of now Domain A=5 months old, with consistent earnings and traffic.
Domain B=1 Year old.
Both are PR 0. And aimed for UK audience.

Scam. You should declare upfront if you own any domains/sites linking to the one you are selling and would usually be expected to agree to keep those links in place.

This would be scamming. But my question is, how can you prevent being scammed like this?

it's scam but I think it's allowed. I mean the buyer sees what he buys.

And by doing this, you change what the buyer has bought. It's just obvious misrepresentation of what you're selling. If it's something you think is "allowed" then you're not going to go far in business. Scummy tactics like that don't last long.

Buyers usually check the domain before buying, so the scam won't be hidden for long.

I think you can't scam anyone on Flippa (if there are users with minimum Seo knoweladge).
So what you want to do it's sell crap to people and it's a really bad idea because they, soon or later, come back to you.
