Flash driven IP delivery and cloaking?

Hello everyone.
This is my first post sorry to make it a question but I am in a hurry to find how to pull this off.

I need to find a way to do IP delivery and cloaking client side. I hear the best way to do it is using Flash/actionscript along with js.
Best way to avoid getting caught is what I mean.

Basically to cloak pages generated with YACG is our goal.
