FL stops working after upgrading to 9.1.1 and they want $15 remote help fee

    i have been running FL for 3+ months. i did not want to upgrade because i knew something was going to happen.

    a day later i check my projects. ALL of the 13 accounts in 1 project have followed 10-20 people in 1 day!

    log shows "last response code 400 -> not authorized to view user received from instagram..." and "several errors received from instagram, temporarily stopped task..." so it stopped for 30 min, and then another 30 min, etc.

    anybody know how to fix this?

    I had some terrible problems with FL 9.1.1 for Twitter. Maybe it's the same thing here. This sure is a crappy update. I ended up rebooting and restarting FL multiple times and it ended up working correctly.

    Delete fl, then Use ccleaner clean all browser settings ,then re install fl , then test.

    sessions, cookies and other stuff clash on the browser , sometimes
    Ccleaner can help.....

    Maybe a admin of this website needs words with fl over this issue

    you buy the application for lifetime use , why are they trying to charge you.

    please can you provide a email snap shot of this convo please....

    there another user having problams with fl aswell , but hopefully got solved
    let see if we get any responce, that problam was a user just voicing his opionion
    and his whole account got ban , but admin has steeped in to help ...

    I think it all becouse massplaner come on the scene fl got mad or acting unprofessional
    massplanner reputation growing by the minute.
    i noticed my self that afther massplaner got released fully ,fl started to act up there was loads of unexspected problams written on here with fl, for no reason at all.

    Is it in their sales terms anywhere that they charge for support? I doubt it. Put this up in the sales thread and/or pm weblues, maybe someone from his support team went rogue lol

    I was going to buy the FL liker but all these threads about it in the past 2 weeks make me question if it's worth that price, for that amount you would expect a solid program and support.

    Well, that link goes to an Avangate checkout page, which looks official to me.

    I would really like to hear weblues's take on this, although i'm not actively using the software. I can't seem to find anything in particular about the support other than it is 24/7, there's nothing about it's being free or paid. Although i've never heard before, that they would charge for it.

    It appears, that the parties concerned made a deal behind the curtains, the sales thread is back up like nothing happened and the SL thread is gone.

    omfg, glad I didn't choose FL. honestly, so much problems happening here the last time and now they're even charing customers for support. what a bullshit.

    true that. they're always copying and pasting the same answer to most customers and I've read multiple times that they end up not having the problem solved and always telling people it's their fault. They even disabled wizard04's license, lol.

    seems like it's time to start moving on and forget about FL. It's a good software for sure, but so many problems lately and their support seems to be shitty.

    Never saw a support charging money for a TV session, lol. They should look at the MP support team, which doesn't copy and paste answers and is always willing to help and solve your problem.

    according to FL troubleshoot, to re-install, you delete mdb, and re-create all projects?

    I've already reinstalled it once and my old project was there.

    you did not delete the mdb, just from control panel, uninstall and reinstall?
    did that help you?
