What was different in your gig than in the others?
I have a similar one and I've seen tons of those and never had any problem? Did you put a link in your gig or something like that?

Just ask about this to Fiverr Support they will provide you detail by which your account is being restricted, then fix that issues and your profile will be active again. The fiverr support is really good, it's my personal experience.
