Fiverr Went Nuts?

    Bought gigs with their shit*y fees worth over $100 and now can't submit details. Nothing happens at all. Can't even submit support ticket, it says "Data not sent". Tried numerous times with multiple browsers.

    Anybody else having this problem?

    Fiverr fees are pretty high, did you contact them directly?

    Copy your ticket number and go to Fiverr twitter or Facebook page and Update them to reply your ticket number.Within 2-3hrs you will get response from Fiverr

    I have had multiple problems with submitting and logging in (sometimes it's stuck loading the login animation).
    It seems to be caused by VPN/IP and cookies/cache.
    If you're using VPN and got multiple IP/locations, try changing and clear cache/run in incognito - works for me every time.

    Could try a different browser, or just wait a little while - to be fair it quite often happens to me where Fiverr seems to be down or partially down and things dont work, but it normally resolves itself within an hour at most....

    Fiverr went nuts long time ago. Can't even change my old Paypal email in my Fiverr account.

    Yeah I tried to do this recently. After reading their FAQ I found out you can't do it. That's shitty.

    UPDATE.

    I got a new order. Buyers aren't able to send details and hence the order countdown doesn't start. My buyer sent details by updating the order but order countdown still hasn't started.

    The error is lasting for too long. 4 days passed already. Still can't do anything.

    Being a seller on fiverr, I've definitely seen this happen.

    It's definitely an internal issue. Your best bet is to message the supplier and tell them whats going on (and provide job details for said order). Only other option is to contact fiverr support which is a nightmare in itself.

    If you cannot get this resolved, request a refund and re-submit the order.

    Has happened to me a few times, but it never lasted that long. It usually works after few hours.
