I thought about titling this thread "Fiverr wth?"
I mean, I got a strike last time, and I asked them what is it that I did so that I can avoid doing it again, and they responded that my account is ok, "just clik oops won't do it again" and don't point users to fiverr clones anymore.
Do I even need to say I never did such thing?

Any suggestion on the issue on the screenshot? Any experiences?

Because they are a company which is geared towards offering cheap services, they have a lot of complaints. It is funny, the more expensive your service is, the less complaints you will have, because the users are more intelligent. In this case, there are many less intelligent people on the site, so they have to deal with a ton of complaints.

I do not think they take the time to investigate every complaint. If someone reported you, you are done. It could be a competitor who reported/flagged your account as asking for payments via paypal.

Its just the way it goes with companies like this. They cant afford to hire more people to investigate the claims. Bad reports from people like you arent going to hurt them. Anything you do to try to trash talk them, will actually only bring them more business.

All you can do is register a new account, and withdraw your money after 45 days. Me and most members of BHW have 2-3 accounts active at all times.

It was a nice account (lol...) but if I can withdraw money I earned (that's nice of them at least... or to be more accurate, it's professional of them, even though it's a small amount) it's ok on that part, but now I'm really trying to contact the user that ordered three gigs in a row (for one single untangible product after I told him the "price went up on 3 fiverrs due the high demand" - WOULDN'T THAT BE THE REASON TO BAN MY ACCOUNT?, I'm suspecting that is the reason since I created another gig that asked for 3 fivers for that particular single gig- I saw other users doing it and I saw nothing in their tos that mentions that, but now I saw that you are able to report someone "for asking more than $5" put it in a toss:rolleyes: and tell me that that was the reason I got a strike and I'll make sure not to do it again... pfft..), and they don't seem to care for him paying and not getting anything - especially if he's too much of a nice guy to say anything to them, and I don't know any way to contact him - he has no gigs, and his username googled returns no results. How the heck do I get in touch with him? And how do I deliver other gigis?

Then again, perhaps he was the guy that reported me after placing the gigs, perhaps he had a change of hearts, all of a sudden:D My other account, that had gigs of completely different nature got disabled at the same time yesterday, as I just discovered. Did they close it because of the same IP?

I mean, they are relatively new site and a young company, but they seem pretty grown up on the outside, while in some places they lack the basic ... -the basic basics-...
