Hi guys,

I ordered some big article writing from fiverr for 200 bucks however the seller copied all the content from a few sources. It has very high plagiarism.

I gave him a chance to revise all and not do a shitty job again. However he didnt revise anything.

Yes it was my fault not yo buy directly on bhw.

So my question how to get a refund. I dont want any balance in fiverr . I want my money. Dont want to deal with fiverr ever again.

Should I just dispute on paypal? For article not delivered? Or not as described?

Peace

If you want the money back to your Paypal you need to contact customer support because it's impossible to withdraw money without contacting customer support.

Firstly, contact fiverr support and report the seller. If that does not work, than paypal dispute is always an option

Most of the time, buyer himself refund the money if you tell him that you will be reporting it otherwise. Or else claim refund from Fiverr. They mostly give favor to buyers, so you will get the refund

Fiverr will give me the balance back to fiverr. Not to my paypal.

I dont want to have my money stuck in that website.

My goal is to have it in paypal back

The issue is guys, that refunded payments on Fiverr are always credited back to the Fiverr balance and not to the original payment method. So if OP wants his money credited back to his PayPal, he has no other chance than handling this via PayPal, leaving Fiverr out completely or if the payment was made using the balance of a credit card via PayPal, he can do a chargeback via the credit card issuer.

True but you can always withdraw from fiverr to PP. I doubt if you will win a case again Fiverr if you raise dispute through PayPal but you can give a try and post the updates

I'm fairly certain, you can't withdraw refunded funds, you can only use it for purchases.

I haven't used Fiverr lately and i just re-read the TOS, where i found this (emphasis on the part in red):

"Refunds
  • Fiverr does not automatically refund payments made for cancelled orders back to your payment provider. Funds from order cancellations are returned to the Buyer's Fiverr Balance and are available for future purchases on Fiverr. Until January 1, 2019, funds returned to your Fiverr Balance from cancelled orders will not include service fees paid. As of January 1, 2019, Fiverr returns service fees to your Fiverr Balance once an order is cancelled. In any event, if the service fees were not returned to your Fiverr Balance following an order cancelation, such service fees’ amount will be exempted from your next purchase on Fiverr.
  • Deposit refunds (i.e. refunds directly to your payment provider) can be performed by our Customer Support team, based on the Order’s original payment amount and currency. To prevent fraud and abuse, we limit the total amount of times users can request a payment provider refund, which is subject to review by our Customer Support team. Such refunds may be subject to an additional fee."
So apparently it can be done via Fiverr too, but it might have a fee.

I got a full refund within minutes.

Just wrote directly to the support.

Didnt even need to wait for the dispute or response from the seller.

Refund was made directly to my paypal as requested
