"Fiverr is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by the Sellers. We provide no warranty with respect to the Gigs, their delivery, and any communications between buyers and sellers. We encourage users to take advantage of our rating system, our community and common sense in choosing appropriate Gigs."

So basically you better hope he refunds you. And I think the cancellation should be discussed with customer support first.

And if there have no value with the fiverr account, Made a dispute on Paypal. You will get your money back. Remember The Fiverr account will be banded with this way.

Say this - "I uploaded my video to youtube and they have told me I have gone against a copyright strike and now they are going to take legal action against me! I want a refund right now or the next step will be me contacting my lawyer!!!"

They crap themselves and usually cancel. If they don't just keep cancelling every 2 days to annoy them into giving up.

You can use the resolution tab in your fiver dashboard if there is any problem.

I have found on BHW a lot of service providers offering money back guaranty. What about your service provider?
Do they offer money back guaranty? If they don't, chance of getting back you payment is almost zero.
