So I started selling on Fiverr recently.

I'm selling iMacros for AMF, YLH, L4L, LikeNation, etc etc...

I've had 20 sales with perfect rating until now. All 5 stars/100% reviews etc. I really answer all questions and help people all the way with everything they need.

The scripts are all created by me, and the antibot solution for L4L, etc. None of the work is taken scripts from the internet and then resold.

So I delivered an order some 20 hours ago, for AddMeFast, and now the buyer cancelled it.

He says that, and I quote:

"Hey i allreddy have this imacros i have download from utorrent softwares and youtube it's free but you are giving this softwares for money no i can not accpet this first i have though you give me another new firesh softwares but you are giving this no please cancelled my order or i well cantact fiverr support center"

So, it's a bitch because I know he got the scripts that work perfectly and he'll use them now...

    What should I do?

It seems that I can accept or decline his cancellation.

    Hope someone responds. Thanks.

I would just give him a refund, its not worth the hassle for $4.
Also i dont think your GIGS will last, there is nobody on fiverr selling addmefast scripts with a high rating.
So i think once your gig gets popular it will be removed.

Accept the refund because if you don't it will probably trigger a review on Fiverr's end.

you did the right thing OP, a cancelled order is always better than a negative feedback, especially when you don't have too many feedbacks

Just defend your case and move on.

As long as you don't get any negative feedback don't get sick over it.

I didn't really respond to him at all, I just accepted his dispute...

You think I should have defended my case before accepting? Or maybe I still can write a response to his dispute, to explain to him that these scripts were created by me, and extensively tested by me, each and every one of them all the way. And the only way he'll get my 18 scripts is if one of the 7 customers I had for my AMF gig shares it online...

Well this is most likely precisely what happened if in fact these are truly your unique scripts. It's funny that this guy is claiming you have an integrity issue in selling something that you claim to own, whereas he has conceded he used utorrent to acquire scripts that you claim were written by you. One of you is lying. If they are your scripts, then he stole them by acquiring them through an illicit means. Admittedly he may not have realized they were your intellectual property right.

I just find this situation a little amusing because your gig is somewhat questionable so you have no real outs on this. But does he really have outs if you can in fact prove you created this product???
To me it looks like two dudes who are both bent over a barrel, but you are the one with the incentive to let the other one mistreat you here because you will likely lose your gig if you pursue any action other than simply settling the dispute.

Personally, if I could prove it was my product I would bite the dude right back in the ass with a civil lawsuit for damages for stealing my intellectual property, and I would track down whoever posted the torrent and sack them too. I'm a dick like that.

That's a pretty good assessment davers.

And yes, I created the scripts myself, that I promise you. Now, as far as claiming copyrights, I'm not even sure that's possible with iMacros. And also, it's not like I created something no one has created before. I didn't invent something new exactly...

Actually, I doubt that he got My scripts from torrents and whatnot, but he probably got other scripts for the same website that do pretty much the same thing, except they'll have imperfections, resulting in them breaking down, or closing his web browser from time to time, with mine you don't get that. I simply learned what I needed, and made scripts that run perfectly, and have been using them and perfecting them for almost a year.

And you're right, my gigs are a bit questionable. They're in no way blackhat, nor whitehat, they're in the gray zone...

But they're about to get a bit tanned now when I release various social media scripts - facebook unfollow script, facebook page unlike, twitter unfollow, unfavorite, pinterest, instagram, etc... :p

Anyway, I accepted his cancellation of my gig, and refuse to sell to him again, ever. And when his scripts break down, the ones he found online, or even the ones he got from me when AddMeFast makes changes to their site, he may come and try to get the fixed ones, but no no...

Although, he could simply create a new account...

I'm getting careful of selling to people with no gigs, newly created accounts, only email verified... to be honest...

Hey mate I think you did the right thing by accepting his dispute. You don't want to waste your energy and time on customers like these, believe me. Just move on up and get more gigs. You already have a good rating with fiverr, you don't want to ruin it!

    Wow man...

I was - and still am - new on Fiverr, and didn't exactly believe you to be honest.

I help everyone out, have perfect rating/feedback, etc.

Well, my AddMeFast gig was just removed last night...

    I can't believe it...

    My question is, Why?

I mean, why? What's the problem? Can anyone shed some light?

I'm so pissed I'm thinking of starting my own site and selling my Macros on there...

This is something that will happen occasionally, this will not be the first time.
Its something you need to live with, the only bad thing is fiverr also takes inconsideration the cancellations into ranking your gig.

So tell me, what do I do now?

I mean, do I create the "same" gig, with a different description and picture for example? Or do I just forget about selling this particular gig on Fiverr?

And one more thing, am I allowed, legally, to create a site and sell iMacros on it? I mean, do I have any copyright issues to be concerned about, considering I create the iMacros myself?

For your first question I can tell you doesn't matter if you open a new gig or not, the cancellations will stick with you. For now I think you will not have a problem, but if you continue to get more cancellation request, it will become a problem.

I don't know if is legal to sell macros but why not, if fiverr does not ban it probably it is OK. But as I said I can't really speak on this subject as I don't have any knowledge in this matter.

*TIP Open as many gigs as you can, open a 2-3 different gigs for the same products with different description ( different approach on how are you selling the product ). You will have more exposure and probably get more gig orders.

Yeah, the cancellation is okay, I get it.

But this new problem is this:

    "
    Hi [my name],

We are sorry, but your Gig: 'give you 18 AddMeFast Macro scripts Working Perfectly' did not pass our content editors' review.

    • This Gig has been removed due to being flagged as spam, misleading users or illegal."

The gig had about 10 sales with about 7 Perfect feedback/ratings...

So my problem now is, how do I keep selling my AddMeFast scripts on Fiverr? Do I create the same gig on the same account, do I try to create a different account on Fiverr and use that one?

And that's a great tip, thanks man.

Probably when you are making the same gig you will add a title without mentioning AddMeFast, macros, etc...probably they are triggering automatic suspension on your gig.
