Any other Fiverr users having the same issue? I received a payment just last week, but it seems that I'm not allow to withdraw to Paypal anymore. I'm not banned or anything (only my rating is kind of low and a 10% chargeback rate).

I tried contacting support, hasn't been replying to me for the past few days. WTF Fiverr?!

As long as there is a charge back, no way fiverr can release payment to your paypal. It is not up to fiverr, and I believe their answer will be push all the blame to paypal instead. Not to worry if you did nothing wrong in fiverr or paypal account, a matter of time only that you are able to withdraw them. Just keep on withdrawing whenever you got funds in fiverr, for me, every $200 I withdraw out, as there is no charges for this amount to transfer to my bank acct from paypal.

    Good Luck OP

Wow, the only thing I saw here is the amount you earned. Good work!

Damn. Maybe call their customer support line? I'm sure they'd be happy to help out someone who's been bringing them so much business.

It definitely could be a charge back but sometimes there are errors and things are done by mistake. I definitely think you should keep trying to contact customer service. I actually just withdrew mine because I wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any issues (And I was planning to tomorrow anyways) because I don't want to be waiting on money if I do need it for bills. That sucks that you are still waiting for customer service because you might need that to pay bills or something!

Congrats on the amount you've earned too!

I had to send fiverr two emails about this. They never answered but after about 2 weeks (1 month from my first sale) I could finally transfer money.

Open a ticket at Help page. As i known, there are some issues with the Paypal, maybe some of ur customers had opened a dispute. So just want until they fix it. I have been like this before, that's just my case. Don't know if urs's like mine.
