Fiverr is censoring buyers instructions

    Hi guys,
    Very strange thing happened to me on Fiverr.
    Two buyers fill my instructions and time started.
    Buy i cant see these instructions and time is still running.
    I asked fiverr support for that they told me that it could be beacuse their instrucions could be moderated beacuse they offer similar things like fiverr.
    Are they censoring their competition?
    What should i do now time is running and these guys cant answer with their sites . Fiverr told me that i should solve it myself -.-

    Sucks but looks like your just going to have to hit up the buyers and ask again. Just making it harder for us is what they are doing.

    Start by sending back a message to the buyer asking for them to resend the instructions - then move forward from that point

    I did that guys but it was censored again i asked him for txt document or private message.
    Lol Fiverr is like Big Brother...

    Here's another kick in the nuts. If you get customers who order from you, but never provide the info, where you then have to cancel the gigs...you lose your rating after X amount of cancelled orders.

    Happened to me. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but it makes it really easy to sabotage a sellers rating.

    I also have a gig where I auto-deliver an ebook through the Buyer Instruction where I have the URL. (When I created the gig I delivered it manually, but I later changed the instructions to include the URL - May be that's why it got through moderation).

    However, I need the buyer to respond to the instructions with something random in order to start the timer, but sometimes they don't do that and the gig is left frozen. I can't complain to the support staff either in case they see the URL in the instructions which is against their rules. Oh well, I guess that's the price I have to pay to auto-deliver to my customers :rolleyes:

    yea, they definitely should have an auto-delivering system in place, an internal filehost where you can upload stuff, get the url and insert it into a pre-written message to the buyer and all these would be instantly delivered when the buyer places and order, everybody would be happy

    unfortunately when we deliver, we need to upload the same files and send the same pre-written message again and again

    to OP: i removed all of my gigs which contained instructions for buyers because of the reasons mentioned by Malofie

    I also removed instructions (they are included in the pictures) because i have order 1 year ago which i can't cancel it. The buyer bought and never logged in, strange :)
