Fiverr: Gig not in the search marketplace anymore

Hey there BHW community,
As stated in the title, my gig isn't in the editorial focuses and in the search results for the keywords anymore.So if someone search for the keywords or for the EXACT title of my gig, nothing shows up. Just to make things clear, I was offering Instagram shoutout on my profile, and I've done 52$ in 4 days, with 5/5 stars rating, from 5 different REAL orders.
Do you know if it would it be insert again in the searching area if I add a video on the gig itself saying that I offer all services ONLY and TOTALLY EXCLUSIVELY on Fiverr (not lying, I'm not using any of the alternatives) ?

Anyway, I'm scared that the only reason why my gig has been "hidden" from the search results is that I hit 5 orders, which seems to be a sort of "deadline" for level 1 sellers' single Gig. Will it comeback to the marketplace searching area when I'll be level 2? More than this, do you suggest me to create other gigs similar to the first (even if it seems like even my other freshly new gig doesn't appear in the search area)?

I also talken with the support team, they just said like: "Meh, your gig sucks and it's not interesting".... but in the Instagram Shoutouts searching results, there are gigs that sucks even more, with 3/4 stars and 6-7 orders (and others with 5 stars with 1-2 orders)

Please guys, help me resolving this problem, I was starting thinking that I'll be the richest man in the world, they killed my dream!! seriously though, I don't know what to do!

If you're still getting impressions I wouldn't even stress over it.

I don't think that has anything to do with it, but support will definitely take your concerns more seriously when you reach level 2.

1)No more traffic since they kicked me out
2)To be honest, they have never been rude or something, I was just sayin that they minimized the problem just because it's "normal" to hide a gig. The point is that I want my gig to be on fire again!

I have the exact same issue. I, myself cannot see my gig in the search engine for the past 2-3 days, with a similar fact pattern, like yours (1st lvl seller, 5 sales, 5/5 rating, IG shoutout), but I still receive some enquiries and questions from buyers, which I thought could be showing that only I cannot see my Gig when searching...

Not sure if that's possible thought. I will make sure to contact fiverr support. Please keep me informed if there's any development with your gig!

Yes, I have this problem too. So what should we do ?

If your gig is removed from search, there's only two reasons.

1. An editor took note of your gig and is reviewing it for possible breaches of terms and conditions.

2. It already violated the terms and conditions, and was removed from search.

It's happened to me a few times already when I had gigs pertaining to Instagram and Facebook.
There is almost no way to get it back into search. You just have to create a new gig. Fiverr is stupid like that.

The problem is that now ALL the gigs I try to create aren't in the searching marketplace, I tried also creating one hour ago another account, I'm not able to see the gig.
I'm gonna attach what the Support said last time:
"Hello again,

Your Gig is still available for your buyers to order from here on Fiverr, but the only thing is that the Gig will not appear within the search in the Fiverr marketplace.

Regards,
***** - Fiverr Customer Support"
I also asked if I broke the Terms Of Service, he said that TOS infringement brings to ban, and that's not my case. I think they just F*cked up all my account. I don't know why.

If you break Fiverr's TOS, you will be banned.

But now you're not breaking Fiverr's TOS, you're breaking Facebook's TOS. That's why your gigs were removed from search. (Fiverr is VERY strict regarding the infringement of TOS of social media platforms)

Regarding the new gigs you create, you have to wait a day or two for them to appear in search. Either that, or your account is under review by Fiverr.

Its not end of world . I personaly use fiverr and i was earned like 350$+ and they didn't warned me or anything similar

Search for your Keyword in Fiverr, Look at the first Gig's Title, Description, Category, Responsive Time, Tags, Gallery, Delivery time..
Make your gig more or less similar to that and see.. Try different method..

Definitely an interesting point, sir! Thanks, it clarify some of my questions!! I'll try with another gig, hoping they'll post it in "search marketplace area". I'll give you all an update soon, guys! Stay tuned

I am experiencing similar problem My Instagram likes gig is in the first page for a week And I got 25 orders in that span. 2 days before my gig is removed from search result I dont know why they doing this things As usual support is absolute lame, they told me their editor removing these sort of gigs.

I dont know what to do? Its tough to make a new gig and rank the keyword Fiverr not taking care of seller gig All they need is to rank Big sellers gig in top Even sellers with poor description and image are right at the time
