The first day i posted my gig I got 15 impressions (no page views)

Second day i got 22 impressions ( 2 page view)

Third day i got 35 impressions (changed category and the title of the gig to make it more appealing) (3 page views)

Is it normal? or what?

Last month
made an article writing gig got 1000 impressions and 40 page views in one month but no order. ( I copied the top seller's page and gig description)

Is there anyway I can improve my gig?

We see these questions almost every day... Anyways i will answer it again.

#1 To increase the chances for getting an order you should create a video for your gig.
#2 Description should be nice and clear, using bold, italics and highlighting.
#3 To be honest, if you get 1000 impressions but no order, you must offer something that nobody would buy. Try offering something unique or more than your competitors.

Hope i helped. :)

Already did everything that you said. Need to make a gig video.

Thanks

@wormWH, Yeah man -- > Your information will be helpful for members who struggling on this :)

I would like to add few more points, that you might missed :)

#4 Analyze your competitor before posting your Gig, And try to make an unique service which brings customer to hit order now button :)

#5 Don't copy paste top seller's page & their gig description.. Do you think people will purchase your Gig, if the same service offered by top seller ? So, Try to make some edits & make it better than top seller!

#6 Don't loss your confidence.. If you doesn't get order after doing all these steps, then keep on analyzing the factor to make it success..

Don't forget this line in your business life
"Failure is stepping stone to success"

My gig is already quite unique ( and i copied the description for my previous gig not this one) this time i did everything different. I think I need a video and one or two reviews.

Thanks

Reviews would definitely help. I forgot to mention that above. If you are up to exchange some reviews, hit me up on skype, my id is WormWH there. I have a couple of accounts some of them are 2 years old, some 1 year old, some a couple of months. I will also need reviews. :)

Experiment with your gig titles, descriptions and tags. Fiverr allows you to create 20 gigs, why not create a few more similar gigs with different titles, tags and even categories to see which one gets you the most impressions. As others have said, a gig video is a must. I also highly recommend switching your gig duration to 1 day and see how that helps. Also, do a review exchange here.

corey, i like the idea of creating more gigs similar to this one and see which one gets more impressions

there is another weird thing. i.e. between 2pm to 10pm Arizona time my gig gets views and after that it doesnt get any views.

dont bother making a video you will waste your time, many people use fiverr on there mobiles, its a very slow loading website , a video will give you less views, make a good gig with hq images and share on twitter and fb also sending good quality backlinks to your gig will help

Sure will do, but just like i said that between 2pm to 10pm(arizona Mtz time) i get views only. It is still 5.25am, maybe I get a few more views. This time I got more page views too. I think the new picture I uploaded is attracting the views. However, I think those viewers are not ordering my gig because I dont have any revieiws. Will take part in an exchange program soon.

Further my gig's description etc is all different. I think I should upload some pictures of my work.

thanks

Get your gig up on SeoClerks and MyCheapJobs. I own MyCheapJobs and we do a ton of business, SeoClerks also does quite a bit of business. It only takes a few minutes to list your jobs.

I personally promote ALL of the gigs listed on MyCheapJobs and guarantee 500 quality views to your gig. I actually create a twitter account for each gig and then program it to follow/tweet to targeted people

Only one thing can help

Show xxx no of orders are in que and for that you need to invest money.

People prefer to buy from
  • Top Rated Seller
  • People who are full of orders.

select 10 gigs that are like yours and have a lot of reviews
go through the reviews and copy the names of the people who left negatives
contact them through fiverr/conversations/username and send them a link to your gig

you can automate the process with iMacros

If you spam Fiverr, just don't use your selling account!!!

the thing is that i am providing a better service than most of them. But the problem is that i dont have reviews. Lets spam those negative reviewers.

Edit. Just sent message to an angry reviewer.

Thanks

Fiverr is slowly turning into a ghost town for SEO related gigs.

because buyers are more and more demanding due to the competition between sellers being so high.
selling SEO gigs is mostly a 1000% ROI biz so obviously if you want to be ahead of the competition you are going to deliver more and get 800% ROI. when the first guy sees that he will either go to your level or even lower...

eventually the market will start to stagnate at ~100-200% ROI and a lot of sellers will stop providing while the ones who are still doing it are disgusted with themselves... Capitalism at its best!
