My email gig was going great with many feedbacks and all of a sudden, I saw my gig get the denied notice.
So yes, it is definitely happening to everyone sooner or later.

The reason they stated was that it was against some company's TOS or something along those lines.

I think it has alot to do with facebook, google and others starting to come down hard on sites like fiverr for letting sellers sell something that technically isn't their's. Iv'e had a couple of friends already get the hammer on there gigs with fiverr when it came to facebook accounts, google, and hotmail accounts. I think it's only going to get worse and eventually it will be hard for any of us to just buy some accounts from a provider instead of having to spend hours doing all the work ourselves.

    emails and twitter

my account not new at all, the support said the tos doesnt allow this type of gig, cant sell accounts
i think sooner or later they will ban all this kind of service and its a shame my gig was getting more and more orders

i just cashout more then 200$ just in case they ban me
im wating for the rest to clear out, fiverr not good for me at this moment

This any many other things make me move to seoclerks

You don't have restriction, you have many option to feature your service, you can set any price you want, you can set services to be On Sale for a bigger exposure, the support is great.

And my overall experience is better on seoclerks then on fiverr.

An another thing that I like is the way the admin keep a clean market place.

    Just had the same problem.

I have around 48,000 Twitter Accounts that are aged between 6 to 8 Months. My Gigs have been denied for the same reason. But how does all the other Gigs that sell Twitter Accounts, followers, etc. manage to stay active?!? Just do any Twitter related search and you'll find a lot of Gigs that should be denied for the reason "Your gig may violate the terms of a third-party service or website".
