Fiverr is funny and I'm trying to cover myself.

Had a gig approved and it was up for a week or two.

It started to get more attention/traction and then all of a sudden it was removed for

Your Gig has been flagged by our team following a third party complaint claiming your Gig is infringing upon their intellectual property rights and/or violating their terms of use

There are similar gigs to mine. Only thing I can think of; is that my wording is similar.

If my wording is similar to another gig; would that be cause to remove my gig, if someone says something?

-Not sure where this thread belongs, there are so many categories...

If you copied another gig and it was almost identical then you may have been reported by the other user.
Are you sure it was the type of service you were offering?

I thought that at first, but they left my other gig alone which was identical except it was for a different social media platform. (And this popular seller didn't offer this platform, just the one they took down) I'm probably grasping at straws, but I already put it back up...with no issues. It's just two-three sentences now instead of what it was before.

What site are you selling that for? many sites have terms stating you cannot share your account or give access to other people. so in a sense a management offer could be against the sites TOS. All depends on the site you are offering the management services for. However it's a good rule of thumb not to copy others peoples content word for word, you can get inspiration from it but i would not copy it. Fiverr do remove duplicate offers.

Did you use any logo of any social media sites or their name in your gig? I had a gig selling Amazon reviews and it was removed for having the Amazon logo

Your first mistake was even attempting to make money on Fiverr. Your gig was reported by a competitor who noticed you were gaining traction. The same thing happened to me, except I was the one who people were copying. I had 2 gigs get flagged that had both gotten over 200 sales EACH from some moron in Pakistan who copied my gigs word for word.

Try using Upwork if you want to make money providing a service, Fiverr isn't worth it- you'll get screwed over eventually like me and many other top sellers.

My resellers made a lot of money via fiverr for more than 3 years, it was sweet time, but i guess after fiverr grow in income and profits they started to regulate their property in a way you can't even mention youtube services (any service)
    at all.

nothing can be done about it, even if you right, they just don't care, their support will just answer you with stupid templates, so it's a waste of time to even try.

Thanks for that tidbit, that is something that never crossed my mind.

I checked out upwork and man it was some hoops to finally get approved. Which has me concerned that the average user may not use such as site, as it isn't very user-friendly.

Even upwork has clamped down on wordings, tradenames etc.
