PS: I posted this topic on other place of the forum wich didnt got any exposure, yet i decided to post it on this section because this goes toward people selling SOCIAL NETWORKING services on fiverr (Example: Youtube views, facebook fans, twitter followers or anything else) , mods i hope you understand. Thank you

So incase you didnt noticed, there is a bug going on on fiverr and their fiverr staff refuses to admit (because they problably didnt discovered it yet and didnt received yet many complains)

The bug: since 7-8 days around fiverr website had a big freeze (their site wasnt loading and some of their site "libs" werent working properly), after this there is a bug that is splited in 2/3 parts:
-Any gig that was paused at that time, if you re-activated it again after that,it doesnt return to the search on fiverr (you can even search for the exact same name from the gig and it wont show), the only way to see your gigs is if someone types your fiverr user on the search box and it will display all your gigs.

-You can search by any term on fiverr such as: "youtube views" or, "lol", or "Facebook Likes" or any other search term you type in their search, if you got to the "new" tab on that search term you will see that the last gig added (the very first on the list) was added 8 days ago (CREATED 8 DAYS AGO), when thats impossible because on the search terms "youtube views" and "facebook likes" there is allways new gigs appearing like each hour, and yet if you check their new section it says that the last new added gig on any search term is from 7-8 days ago , here is a few examples
Click on the first gig of each "new" section:

    http://fiverr.com/gigs/search?order=new&query=facebook+likes
    http://fiverr.com/gigs/search?query=youtube+views&order=new&x=0&y=0&action=
    http://fiverr.com/gigs/search?order=new&query=lol

(You can search by any other term, the last new added gig was allways an gig added 8 days ago, its not refreshing the gigs on search results)

-Based on what i stated above, this also means that any new account that makes a new gig right now it wont be showing on the search results (unless the guy searchs for your username wich will never happen lol), this also applys for any other account, even if its old, new, etc, if you had a gig paused and only activated it now it wont show aswell on search results.
Also: if you have any gig on the rating section for the searched terms (example: youtube views) it wont show your gig if you had it paused and unpaused it after that bug.

Resuming: their search engines are making 80% of all their sellers not actualy selling since no one can find the gigs on search results as they are totaly freezed.

Whats the porpouse of this topic? if you are fiverr seller you are losing sales with this aswell (and allot of them i assure you), lets get all the fiverr sellers from here to open a ticket reporting this bug to fiverr so they can open their eyes and get this sorted asap, i already opened a ticket and they refuse to accept that this is a bug, but if allot of people report this , they will open their eyes as this is also making them lose money since any new accounts gigs wont show aswell on the search results.

    RESUMING:
i might have sounded a bit confusing on the first post, but, mainly:
1- after day 25 (january) any new gig that you insert wont show on search results (at all) *(unless you search for the username of the fiverr seller)
2- if you had a gig paused before day 25 (january) and you unpaused it AFTER day 25 (january) (example: day 27,january) it will not show on search results. *(unless you search for the username of the fiverr seller)

So resuming, some people still see their gig on search results, HOWEVER, even if your gig shows on search results it wont be ranking higher because the search results are stuck on the same gigs, so you will lose sales anyways.

    ------------------------------------------------------------

Guys copy paste this text above, do a few changes of your own and submit to the fiverr support staff, they will eventualy open their eyes or else every fiverr seller will end up losing money without even knowing the reasons why

Thats because you arent a fiverr seller, or else you would give all the attention needed to this topic, but i guess that you prefer to give attention to other stuff (looking to your profile picture)

I have this problem (since months already) I'm level 2 Seller with 100% rating
One day, I created a gig that was denied from fiverr mods, I didn't know why, there were about 50 similar gigs from another fiverr sellers online and without any restrictions. I thought there was something wrong and created similar gig again. The gig was denied again and after that all my gigs were kicked out from fiverr search. Since one month my best selling gig with many positive feedbacks and many repetitive customers does not appear in fiverr search.
I wrote many times to fiverr support, that I understand my fault and promised, not to do it again.. the support robots offered me only one solution: to close my current account and then register another one instead because "...it won't be possible for us to reinstate your gigs in Fiverr search..." WTF
Does not matter, you can still do SEO or other promotion things for your fiverr gigs. Anyway Fiverr Search has always been shit.

But in that case you got banned from the search results, thats diferent (my own account is also banned from search results and i dont know why), the bug stated above is totaly diferent, is like the whole search is freezed and if you had gigs paused before day 25 and unpaused after day 25 you will not see them on search results, plus if a new account creates a gig (or an old account aswell) it wont show in the search results, can see how much damage this can bring to sellers and to fiverr aswell? there is allways people joining fiverr everyday and creating gigs everyday, with this freezed they wont even have a chance to sell anything wich is a big loss for them and for fiverr aswell. if people doesnt send tickets im afraid this will last months until they discover.

You shame yourself with this low quality post, what do you intend to achieve? thumbs down.

OP - I suffered a similar sharp decrease in sales, new gigs posted after the aforementioned dates have like 1-2 viewers (according to the stats feature).

yes, thats because of whats stated in the first post, their search results are totaly freezed wich is making almost 80% of the gigs (including new ones and older ones) not getting visits, this makes a huge drop in sales, please everyone open a ticket explaining what is the first topic so fiverr staff can get hands to works or else they will take months to find this bug, i already opened a ticket but they dont care if its only ONE person reporting this, it needs to be at least 10 or more people opening a ticket with the same info so they can open their eyes , they need to realise that this is affecting the whole fiverr and if they dont do anything their revenues will drop drasticly.

Fiverr never expected the magnitude of growth its site would experience, and the weaknesses of its software shows it. Lots of people reporting this freeze problem may correct the issue, or maybe not, as its feedback system has also come under criticism over the months.

they need to fix this bug because if they dont fix it will make their site lose income, in this case is not only the seller losing money but also fiverr aswell because no one will buy a gig if they cant find what they are looking for .

I just created a new gig and can't find it for any of the search tags. I already opened a ticket, has anyone who submitted a ticket have their problem solved? or is it the same stories still?

I think you may have missed the point of being part of a community. Every day I see issues on here that don't affect me, but I try to help if I can anyway as that's supposed to be the point of this place. Admittedly if it's some n00b posting 'How do I make money online' then I might not be the most helpful, but that's not the case here.

This guy is bringing to light a genuine problem on what is (like it or not) a fairly major platform used by a number of members of this forum. May I suggest pulling your head out of your arse & simply not commenting on the threads you 'give 0 shits' about.

OP, have you had any sort of response from Fiverr as yet? I can't see this being a problem that they would want to continue so hopefully they're working on it as I speak!

I doubt he meant something utterly stupid like that. It's like wishing bad luck to the other members in their career.

I think he meant that fiverr isn't giving a shit about the problem, that they are feeling too arrogant to not realize the problems.

If that's the case then I wholeheartedly apologise for my reply, but I'm fairly certain I got the tone of the post right the first time.
