Fiverr bug that is causing a big loss on almost 80% of the sellers

So incase you didnt noticed, there is a bug going on on fiverr and their fiverr staff refuses to admit (because they problably didnt discovered it yet and didnt received yet many complains)

The bug: since 7-8 days around fiverr website had a big freeze (their site wasnt loading and some of their site "libs" werent working properly), after this there is a bug that is splited in 2/3 parts:
-Any gig that was paused at that time, if you re-activated it again after that,it doesnt return to the search on fiverr (you can even search for the exact same name from the gig and it wont show), the only way to see your gigs is if someone types your fiverr user on the search box and it will display all your gigs.

-You can search by any term on fiverr such as: "youtube views" or, "lol", or "Facebook Likes" or any other search term you type in their search, if you got to the "new" tab on that search term you will see that the last gig added (the very first on the list) was added 8 days ago (CREATED 8 DAYS AGO), when thats impossible because on the search terms "youtube views" and "facebook likes" there is allways new gigs appearing like each hour, and yet if you check their new section it says that the last new added gig on any search term is from 7-8 days ago , here is a few examples

(You can search by any other term, the last new added gig was allways an gig added 8 days ago, its not refreshing the gigs on search results)

-Based on what i stated above, this also means that any new account that makes a new gig right now it wont be showing on the search results (unless the guy searchs for your username wich will never happen lol), this also applys for any other account, even if its old, new, etc, if you had a gig paused and only activated it now it wont show aswell on search results.
Also: if you have any gig on the rating section for the searched terms (example: youtube views) it wont show your gig if you had it paused and unpaused it after that bug.

Resuming: their search engines are making 80% of all their sellers not actualy selling since no one can find the gigs on search results as they are totaly freezed.


Whats the porpouse of this topic? if you are fiverr seller you are losing sales with this aswell (and allot of them i assure you), lets get all the fiverr sellers from here to open a ticket reporting this bug to fiverr so they can open their eyes and get this sorted asap, i already opened a ticket and they refuse to accept that this is a bug, but if allot of people report this , they will open their eyes as this is also making them lose money since any new accounts gigs wont show aswell on the search results.

please also share your opinion here, lets keep this topic alive so all our fiverr sellers see this to open a ticket, it wont take anymore than 5 minutes to do it.

I dont know what happened with fiverr, i just registered new accounts 3 days ago, got 18 orders immediately in previous 3 days! Doesnt happen to me before this, 2 people cancel order and said they click the wrong button coz other gigs redirect to my gigs..weird..but i like that..

Read my first topic, it states in there what is wrong with them:
Fiverr gigs arent showing up on search results, their search results are stucked, read my first post for more details.

Please also open a ticket explaining what i stated on the first post to the fiverr stuff so they can open their eyes into what is wrong with fiverr at this moment, their search results arent showing all the gigs specialy if you had paused gigs etc

my new gigs have been in the new gig section for over a week.

i'm certain there have been new gigs since then.

it was funny of them to pass blame onto paypal's "global malfunction" (where paypal worked fine on every other site of mine). i think this shows the true nature and integrity of fiverr's staff.

I am searching my gig and it is on the first page which I have added just a week before.

i might have sounded a bit confusing on the first post, but, mainly:
1- after day 25 (january) any new gig that you insert wont show on search results (at all) *(unless you search for the username of the fiverr seller)
2- if you had a gig paused before day 25 (january) and you unpaused it AFTER day 25 (january) (example: day 27,january) it will not show on search results. *(unless you search for the username of the fiverr seller)

So resuming, some people still see their gig on search results, HOWEVER, even if your gig shows on search results it wont be ranking higher because the search results are stuck on the same gigs, so you will lose sales anyways.

Guys copy paste this text above, do a few changes of your own and submit to the fiverr support staff, they will eventualy open their eyes or else every fiverr seller will end up losing money without even knowing the reasons why.

I don't use Fiverr, but this sounds pretty bad. You should try contacting some of the other Fiverr members 'round the forum. There are plenty of them.

thats the thing , this topic is to gather every fiverr seller so everyones sends a ticket to fiverr so they open their eyes, but i think people barely come to the blackhatlounge section i might try to post it somewhere else on the forum

But the Fiverr is the best now, I dont see another site good like that.

that really doesnt matter, their site at this moment is bugged and not bringing good profit to all the sellers, the profit was been reduced because of this bug.

Dude, didn't you read his post? He's not saying Fiverr is good or bad, he is just saying there is a fucking bug.
