I created a new gig a few days ago and yesterday I got my 1st sale worth 30$ . But suddenly fiverr ban my gig. And yet I see gigs similar to mine still active and getting sales:mad:

"Third party TOS violation - Your Gig has been flagged by our team following a third party complaint claiming your Gig is infringing upon their intellectual property rights and/or violating their terms of use. As a valued member of the Fiverr community, we ask you to respect the broader Internet community and refrain from such violations in your Gig offerings as this is misleading to our buyers"

my two gigs were deleted stating the same. I would like to suggest for custom service gigs so you can communicate with your prospective client and deliver any services. I tried the same. So my third gigs remain undeleted.

Fiverr did the same to me. Only they waited till mine showed up on the first row of searches for my service after getting 12 positive reviews. Then they banned it. Because my video had a logo in it. Gasp! The horror. The logo was needed to describe the service. Otherwise people have no idea what they are buying. Fiverr didn't remove the video or ask me to revise the gig because that would make sense. In fact, they approved the video twice when I uploaded it. Even after I called them out on their bullshit they still couldn't admit that they dicked me and never allowed me a chance to revise the gig and remove the logo. Made $750 in 4 days on fiverr. Then they gave me the shaft. So I cashed out and left. The anal superheros in fiverr Support don't realize that sellers make their paychecks apparently. Fiverr is going to shit.
