So I'd like to take a moment to write my review about a service I never intended to use (FirstChoicePay) but was "forced" to. Let me explain myself.

I work with CrakRevenue for a while now, and until recently only, I was paid using Payoneer, which worked absolutely great. The prepaid card worked everywhere, around the world and online.

Back in February, Crakrevenue decided to stop working with Payoneer (with no explanaition) and told us to open a FirstChoicePay account. It's actually the same company behind Payoneer: The same website (rebranded), the same cards, the same backoffice, and the same support.

I received and activated my FirstChoicePay prepaid card as soon as I received it and never used it until Today. The reason? I had still a lot of money on my Payoneer prepaid card and was living off that. But everything comes to an end. With $50 left on my card and bills to pay, servers to renew and all that, it was time to start using FirstChoicePay.

Since everything look the same, I thought I wouldn't have a problem. My first step was to try and add the MyFirstChoice prepaid card to my Paypal Account. FIRST PROBLEM. It says that the card is not accepted and I should try another one.

I immediately contacted their support and all they could tell me is that everything is fine on their side and I should contact Paypal because they must have a problem. So as a good guy, while on the chat with MyFirstChoice support, I called Paypal at the same time so I could solve this issue quickly. Paypal service was quite fast to find the problem: My "bank" (aka firstchoicepay prepaid card) did not accept the test transaction of $1 and that I should check with them. Good! I'm still on the chat support. The guy tells me to wait for an eternity and tells me that the problem is definitely on Paypal's end. I decide to close the chat because I'm getting frustrated.

Let's find another solution to get this cash. I try on my american Paypal account -> Same result.

Oh wait! I have this genius idea. I'll send myself a Payoneer payment request and pay it with my FirstChoicePay prepaid card.:) It's the same company, it should work easily. WRONG . For some unknown reasons, Payoneer does not support FirstChoicePay card and ViceVersa.

I wasn't expecting this!. Chat support confirmed me this. And told me, "Buy you can still use it on any online merchant accepting MasterCard". Well yeah, not that bad. But still, cannot pay my Payoneer bill and Paypal bills with this card, it kind of sucks.

Ok, have to find a way to get my $2000+ out of this account before I kill someone. I run my business all on separate bank/card account so that I can pay my X's Business with X's card and my Y's Business with Y's card. I guess this time is over.

Genius Idea part 2! I will find a way to get it back on my Paypal account another way. The solution? Plus500. For those ho don't know plus 500, it's a day-trading platform that accept Paypal as a mean of payment and withdrawal. I'm saved!

SHOOT! Are they kidding me? I contact Plus500 Support and they advise me to go through Skrill to get rid of this problem as they couldn't do the transaction (refused my FirstChoicePay).

Well, why not. I mean, it's only the 3rd service that can't use MyFirstChoicePay, why not try a 4th one? At this point, I already know I'm going to lose money in the exchange but I'm really decided to get this money back.

Well well... what is going on here? Nothing, just that Skrill doesn't support FirstChoicePay it seems. I don't even bother contacting their support, it seems that everywhere I'll get the same answer.

Ok, what if it's just that this FirstChoicePay prepaid card is not compatible with Financial services online? What if I just be a good guy and pay my bills with it.

Let's try to order something on AlieExpress for example.

Nope nope and nope.... WAIT!!! I know! I activated my card, but probably I need to withdraw some money from it to activate online payment! I'm a genius! So I run to the ATM, ask for 40€ (as you guys noticed now from my screenshots, I'm in Europe). Ok that's 6% fees but if it can activate my card, let's do it.

Finally! My first money from FirstChoicePay! Not much, but still good thing to touch that money. It's not lost.

Okay, back home, let's try again to link it with Paypal ... Nope. Skrill? Nope, Plus500? Nope, Payoneer? Nope.

Let's try to pay my OVH dedicated with it.

    Nope nope and nope.

I contact their support again. Trying to understand why none of this work. The person seems more reasonable
"We know that we have problem with Paypal and Skrill but I didn't know about Plus500 and OVH"
Oh well, what about a bank withdrawal, wrire payment or anything where I can transfer my monet out of FirstChoicePay?
"Sorry sir, this feature is not activated for your account, there is nothing I can do. You should get all your money from an ATM and add it to your regular bank account"

There we are. I'm getting my money transfered to sh*tty FirstChoicePay prepaid card and the only solution I have is to sit on 6%+ of my money by withdrawing it all in cash.

So... this was a long rant but I thought I would let you guys know... NEVER IN ANY CONDITION USE FIRSTCHOICEPAY.

If you guys have any advices or workaround you have found, let me know.
If any FirstChoicePay representative is around and is willing to help find a solution, let me know.

I had the same problem or similar. Fortunately before i'd have gone insane, i found the contact info of one of their reps on an adult webmaster forum. I hit up the guy and my issue was solved in minutes. I can pm you the contact info, if you wish.

The issue what i faced was a faulty chip, which made the card unusable online, offline withdrawal still worked. From the symptoms i think you have the same problem. FCP issued a new card and shipped it free of charge. The new card works as it was intended to online and offline too.
Maybe with the first batch of cards they sent out quite a few with these faulty chips.

Payoneer transferred their adult business to FCP in February, that's why every adult company switched to FCP from Payoneer and that's why there's no compatibility between the two companies (you cant send money from FCP to Payoneer or vice versa).
