Hi, this is a follow up question on my previous thread, and I didn't want it to get buried.

If I hire a content writer to write articles for an affiliate site, but the content writer gives the work he produces a first use clause, meaning he retains the right to re-use the content in the distant future, is this something to be suspicious of??

(People say that content writers and copywriters don't steal content, but that assumes they don't have the ability to create affiliate site, which they may well have the ability to do.)
