First Niche Site..Traffic??

I would recommend using some videos on youtube to drive traffic, its a the best way. Find out what TV reality tv shows are playing or just coming out be one of the first to plug a new edpisode, then you will get tons of traffic to your video right away, then post your autoblog link in your description. This is a secret most will never tell you, Enjoy!

First of all, congratulations on taking action! :tee:
First thing that came to my mind when i saw your site was Yahoo Answers.
Create a few accounts, post questions, post answers, rate your answer as being the best, rinse & repeat (maybe even outsource).
Key to success for you would be long-tail keywords, optimize on-/off-page SEO for some good keywords, and get as many backlinks with the keword as anchor text.
Then there's article marketing: if you can get someone to write you a few good articles about tvs and mix some keywords in (a products name for example),
you could get a steady steam of visitors that will most likely click one of the ads (just make sure to place them well and not use too many).

Also, I would like to add, that you might want to place less articles on the front page, to avoid making it too long.
And if I were you i'd also place ads on the right panel of the side, as well as one at the top of the page (right before content), and one in between the content.
Just make sure it doesn't look misplaced to avoid banner blindness. Also, as soon as you start getting decent traffic,
you should check your statistics (click-tracker, heatmap, etc.) to find out what works and what doesnt
If you manage to get quality traffic, replace the adsense ads with banners of your own, leading to products/offers that your audience is interested in.
