I recently lost me job of 5 years and I decided that it is time for me to take action and just jump into the IM world. I have been following IM for the last five years but I never had time or energy to dive in.

I have my first client meeting next week and I need some tools to create reports for their current site and their competitors sites. I need something that can be used to track my clients sites as well as create professional reports. I have been looking into some of the more popular tools ( I cant list them for some reason) and I want to see what others are using. What do the offliners use to track all of their clients sites and what do you use you present to the potential clients? Any other tools you would recommend?

I know a lot of Offliners choose to outsource a good amount of work while focusing on managing client campaigns and sales. How much do you like to outsource? What do you HAVE to do on your own? I am a little bit scared of outsourcing just because I havent found a reliable VA or outsourcing service that always delivers.

I'm in a similar position in wanting to find good outsourcers for stuff. There are some aspects of services where I'd give my personal touch, but for the most part, I just want to not have to deal with technicla components.

I know how to do most of the things myself but I figured I would be better off spending 5-6 hours a day getting clients and managing existing clients rather than link building and creating content.

Check out WooRank.com because it does what you need including tuning full reports for your clients.

Outsource EVERYTHING so you free up your time to keep up lead generation and managing clients.

It is definitely worth buying reputable links packages from the forum. It would take you months or years to generate the quantity and quality of links available on here.

Lalala...I guess we're all just assuming that you're offering SEO to clients since you never actually said what you're doing. ;) Best to state that next time. Anyway I like IBP for reports.

My bad, yes I am pitching SEO. The meeting I have on Monday is with a company that already has some SEO work but they recently fired their "web" person.

I can not post what I am specifically going to do for them because I need to be a member for a longer period of time.

U can tell us what ur doing. What keyword are they targeting/competition.

There are many good options on this forum, starting at 30-60$ a month. Which could prove to be exactly what u need. If u charge 500 bucks or more, thats a nice profit.

From what I've read elsewhere on BHW, this seems the way to go.

Where do you find freelancers who you know will be reliable?

I say learn everything, or as much as you can before you start outsourcing, from experience a lot of the SEO, or any services are crap. you need to figure out which ones?

normally you should not find a good seo selling services! if he is good he should have made money for him by now.
