First choice pay or paxum? Which can withdraw to paypal or a visa card

I am signing up for crakrevenue right now. And at the end of the signup it asks for different payment methods. The methods are: "Check, Wire, First choice pay or Paxum."
Which of these methods can transfer money to paypal or a visa card? And which are the safest?

Check => Gets to you and you take it to the bank
Wire => EFT
First choice pay => You apply with them you get CARD from them (Mastercard) you can use it to withdraw, add it to PayPal, pay with it and whatnot
Paxum => Pretty much same as above. Apply with them you get CARD from them (Mastercard) you can use it to withdraw, add it to PayPal, pay with it and whatnot

Go with Paxum or First choice pay.

Definitly not FirstChoicePay. Not compatible with paypal

Wire seems to be the best in my experience because you simply get the money straight to your bank account. Very easy and only takes a few days.

That's pretty much the most expensive way to get your money. Most networks charge you $50 or more for a wire transaction, while getting money via FCP costs $1-$2.

Direct deposit (ACH/EFT) is a lot cheaper, that's what's being used when you're getting paid via FCP or Paxum for instance and you can use your card like if it were attached to your domestic bank account. There's no need to transfer the money to your bank account, you can use the card for cash withdrawals or for online and offline transactions anywhere where Mastercard is accepted.
