    Hello guys,

For some odd reason, it seems that firefox wont copy titles and content with control c. Any of you guys using FF noticing this?

At first I thought my keyboard was dirty but it is not the keyboard. everything else works fine with chrome but why not FF?

Yeah happened to me as well. Did you install the rc version? If yes, uninstall it and download new from mozilla site.

I'm running the new version of Firefox, and I haven't had any issues with copying and pasting.

    Step 1.

Type in about:config into the URL bar in your FireFox browser and press enter.

    Step 2.

Scroll down until you see the following option in the list:
    "signed.applets.codebase_principal_support"

Double click that option and it will turn bold indicating that it is now on.

    Step 3.

Go back to your HTML editing control and refresh the screen. A popup security dialog window will appear. Select the "Remember this decision" option and click "Allow".

    Step 4.

Close all your FireFox browser windows and restart the browser.

You're HTML control should now have all the options enabled in FireFox.

    From Mozilla:
Normally I would select/wrap text in Firefox and right click and choose copy from the top of menu, click and go to Word,Notepad etc. and go to paste but nothing there paste item in menu greyed out.
It works ok ctrl v and c but is frustrating because the built-in function is so much cleaner

    • UPDATE - Downloaded Firefox 23.0 Beta1 - problem is gone - works again - Thanks all!!

[h=3]Chosen solution[/h] by jscher2000 The developers have created a fix for this problem for future versions of Firefox (Firefox 23+). Unfortunately, there's no immediate solution for Firefox 22.
The current beta of Firefox 23 does not yet contain the fix. It is included in beta 6, but that is not yet available through the "all beta" page.
Update: The main beta page now offers beta "7" which has the fix. The file you download should have 23.0b7 in the file name.
    ------------
I use (currently FF 22) and do not have the problem, but I also use the first solution given.
