User -> Appdata -> Local -> Mozilla -> Firefox -> Profiles.
and
User -> Appdata -> Roaming -> Mozilla -> Firefox -> Profiles.

In each folder there will be a directory that is a bunch of alphanumeric characters copy every thing in that folder.

If you wish, in User -> Appdata -> Roaming -> Mozilla -> Firefox -> Profiles there is a profiles.ini, that file will tell you the default profile and you can just copy the entire folders in Local and Roaming.

I believe it backs all of your firefox settings up.
