Fireboard forum for joomla on autopilot ?

Hello,

I had been using joomla for a couple of years now. I had installed fireboard forum for joomla component.

I want to prefill the forum on autopilot (like ico content on vbullettin) Can anybody give their opinions about it as to how to do it. Anybody used joomla here before with fireboard forum ?

Please help.
