It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Most of the blogspot, livejournal and wordpress hosted blogs are personal. By filtering out some spammy keywords like casino, mesothelioma etc. you will get rid of the "business" blogs You can also search & scrape for: personal blog, my personal site, my blog, etc. + inurl:about
