Finding a proxy to access a USA Based Site

I am trying to find a proxy that will access a certain site. I have tried to get in both with my local isp
and a proxy and both have failed. It can be accessed from a USA based isp, as my friend tried it from their location in the states

So if you have a proxy and would be willing to try to access the site please pm me.

I don't think you can do it with proxy, try VPN, you can find some trial versions.

Could you give me a suggestion as too a vpn that i could try?
