The SERPs for this particular keword are kind of spammed to death with irrelevant stuff actually :)

OP's looking for something at least a bit useful... I'd check public records on similar cases and see what lawyer was able to win big. Lots of work but well worth it.

might as well try calling any lawyer in your location and see if they can help you out. any lawyer can help you you know, since there's so much allowed preparation time. doesn't matter that it's internet related, crime is crime.

Look up the bar in your state. Most of them will provide you with a referral. Best part is these referrals are usually a flat $35-$50 per state if you mention that the bar referred you. Bad part is you have to go to the lawyer the send you to. Its easy though, you tell them your issue and they give you a lawyer that specializes in that/similar stuff in your general area and their contact info.

You don't have to hire the guy but $35 for a half hour to hour in person consult on the merits of your potential case is very valuable if you come with prepared info.
