Find Expired Domains From Niche Site And 301 It To Money Site [ What You Say? ]

Hi guys,

I am planning to buy expired domains which has even 1 backlink from high authority website in my niche and redirect (301) it to my money site, So lets say I found a domain which has one backlink coming from very high Authority website and that site is about my niche shall I buy that domain without looking at PA DA and redirect it to my money site will it help me to rank my website? Does anybody tried this method and got any success ?

A domain with one link would be useless, even if it's from the Huffington Post or any other authority site. I 301 domains with 250+ referring domains, and branded/clean anchors (I don't look at the niche). It's rare that I come across something with 250+ RD, so in that case, I use it as apart of my PBN.

even that backlink is 100% In my niche related still will not effect on my ranking ?

There is no need to go after 1 referring domain domains where there are so many niche domains with 10-20-50+ RD. Even if you are just paying a reg fee, I'd keep looking until I find a better one.
