Find a whitehat SEO guru...

I have done a lot of reading and learning about SEO, and I am at the point that I am hoping to hire someone to do it.

My site is completely White hat, and I would like to keep it that way,

does any one have any recommendations?

Why dont you try to do a little bit of both. There a re many people here including myself who are doing great with blackhat methods and if you are against blackhat methods I think you are on the wrong forum

and I do quite a bit of black hat on other sites, but this particular site I want it to be white hat, It is set up completely on its own, and I would like it to mainly be like a safety net if anything were to happen with any of the black hat sites down the road.

Im really not to sure how to run a site completely white hat which is why i was wanting someone who could help

Just Be creative with it and just use your better judgment. As far as a recommendation, whats your budget? There are plenty of tighty whiteys out there but prices and mileage may vary...

I have a fairly large budget at the moment, I really just need quality, and no games,last person I hired to do some work gave me every idiot excuse in the world as to why my job wasnt done

Unfortunately there's no such thing as a white hat safety net. If you read the white hat forums, they are filled with people crying about "why did Google de-rank / penalize my site, it's completely white hat!" Google will throw the baby out with the bathwater and nail you, sometimes entirely accidentally, regardless of whether you are white, grey or black hat.

If it's real income stability you want, then you need high volume grey / black hat stuff that looks white from the outside, and you need it all built and hosted entirely differently to ride over fluctuations in the algo. Either that, or you need to build a brand that is so popular that you have to be included in the serps.

Of course, the best solution of all is to build things so that you're not dependent on SE traffic!

I would recommend the_demon. He is on the more expensive side but his SEO is worth every penny.

Thanks, that was really what I was looking for a reccomendation on who to use.

Whether I go black hat or white hat, and you all are right, I suppose i should be somewhere in between. I want someone who can work on it for me, SEO has become one of those things that I cant stand doing. I enjoy writing for my site and building, but SEO seems so tedious and for the first time ever I have the budget to get some stuff outsourced

Dont ever go BH for a site you care about. only experiment with BH for BS sites u want to rank fast.

WH is the way for long term money and passive income.
