Thats the name of a doco i watched on tv last night. This show got a few stinking rich english guys/1 girl. Made them live like homeless people, the girl got placed in soho xD. Anyways... it was so damn interesting to see how they lived in this situation. I didnt watch all of it, but i remember one part distinctly... There was one guy who decided to stay up all night so he could go to the flower market at 3-4 in the morning. He had no money so he kind of had to promise the seller of the flowers that he would pay for the 30 pounds worth of flowers... (would have been a different story if there was no camera). Anyways, he got the 30 pounds worth of flowers, 26 there were i believe, cant really remember too well. I didnt see the end but he said he could easily sell the flowers for 5 pounds a pop, Im no flower expert but that sounds about right. 26 times 5 = 130 pounds, minus the 30 pounds or so he had to pay the wholesaler... thats 100 pounds for 26 flowers. And how many bums do you see selling flowers... or anything at all?! Im sure they could beg for 30 pounds, or put a cardboard sign up saying he needs 30 pounds to help earn some cash, then explain to people how it works, if need be.

If a bum can make 100 pounds a day, heck you can too. Even though he wasnt a bum, he just had the right mindset, he went out there and did it.

I would never have thought of selling flowers though... so ingenious.

If every bum did this, none would make money. Plus, its more efficient to sit on the street with a cup, you can make $100 an hour without selling no damn flowers

Yah, a lot of sales/marketing is about being creative and looking at things from different perspectives. I'm no marketing student, but I thought I was pretty good in doing this. As it turns out I could use a lot of work and I need to learn how to think outside the box, use my imagination, etc.

Selling roses around nightclubs can make serious dough. "Hey mister would you like to buy your girlfriend a rose?" what's he gonna say? "OK" I knew a guy who would $300-$500 a night on weekends with a polaroid camera selling pictures. There are tons of real world hustles!

the thing is bizcredit... a lot of bums arent. of course if they did the market would become saturated, so the smart bum marketer would move onto something else,.

And that is a friggen sweet idea, in new zealand, no one sells roses at any of the night clubs... in fact, why just night clubs? heck you could hit up the restaurants

i used to live on whyte avenue in edmonton bum fucking central. there used to be an old woman who sat outside the bookstore and begged for change every day. after a while i noticed her sign was some different bullshit story every day. "kids want to put me in the home" "broken hip" "blind woman can't work" "can't afford medication" etc etc. people poored change on her. my buddy stopped and talked to her every couple days on his coffee break. turne dout that she was far from broke, lived in an upscale condo, paid for, and she ws just lonely and liked to talk to people and apparently she said she made great money doing it. scammin' grandma!

when i worked at this club for a bit, there was a guy who came every night to pick through the dumpster for beer bottles. HE DROVE A BRAND NEW ESCALADE! this was when escalades were some brand new pimpin' shit too....

it's all about the hustle folks, those who hustle make $$$

urrrrm selling roses at night clubs.... this could work really well and is a pritty nice idea.... just hope that they arnt fucked over too much and start on you and you end up loosing all ya roses.... as you prob would get the piss taken out of ya alot looolz

Youre forgetting that a bum dressed as a bum wont even GET the flowers. If youre a vendor you wouldnt just GIVE away your stuff to a guy that looks like a bum compared to a guy dressed in a suit.

you dont need a suit in new zealand, just wear casual clothes then when you go on the streets as a bum... just wear bum clothes... if you are a bum... well getting those flowers will be bloody hard lol.

i noticed some arbitrage btw, i clicked on an adwords ad, and it was a parked credit card site! I hope they are using free adwords vouchers Could make a killing.

Yea I don't no of to many bums I would give flowers to. From what ive seen most off them are homeless because there down on there luck but if there down to long they start to become insane.

Though yesterday I did see one sneak into costco and get pizza out of the heatlamps before anyone seeing him (besides me) then when he got caught he started spitting up and yelling random shit so they just let him go :yield:. So guess what im trying to say is they all have there own way to survive =)

i think youll make killing for some time with adwords + park but you will get banned in time , expecpt that whypark ? but nice idea 300$ on adwords 2k credits even with "100%" roi you could make quite nice
