Filter by newly created threads in a specific section?

Is there anyway to filter by newly created threads in a specific section?

I've tried the wild card in the advanced search with the date, but alasss it returns all sections of the site.

What I want is all the newest threads in "Black hat SEO" etc.. I've tried "whats new" section, but I think this captures replies on threads and deems it new,

Any advice, or special tricks?

Thanks man, I was hoping to filter those with replies also, e.g to see all new threads, keeps it fresh as I use BHW all day every day
