File convert, edit and dvd made

Here is the deal, I want to create a dvd from my camera video files, but would like an intro explaining what/where is happening in each of the video clips.

I may be able to burn it to dvd after done, but not sure. [i have a brand new burner that I have not been able to get working, something in my usb ports]

How to charge for this? let me know what you are thinking. I can not tell you this second how many video files I have that I want to include. [I will get this info] basically I am trying to feel out how much it will cost me for this.
