Now my site has been doing great for the past few years, all of them. One being a store (which I sold but still have stats on it) and the other being a blog. Now both of them dropped and I'm trying to go through everything to see what it could be. Now for us to figure out the update we need to explain what the site had problems and what type of links we built. Below is what I noticed on my site and my links I built.

    1) Both sites have a large amount of missing pages. Well the store didn't but the new site did have crawl errors, almost 5K.
    2) most of the links were forum links but I haven't built any links maybe for 1-2 years now on the blog and maybe half a year on the store site.

The bounce rate is fairly fine, the store being around 20-30% and the blog being around 40-50%. For now I have no idea what it could be but I'm sure with the help of you guys we can figure out what it could be.

According to my stats, this update is mostly on-site. Well the avg. time on site, bounce rate, go back numbers play big role. I still think that they may take back this fix as they're not officcially announced.

Check your backlinks using ahrefs which shows you stuff even WMT and GA doesn't.

If you see a massive spike it could be a competitor sabotaging you.

Take a grab of the unaccounted links and disavow.
