Few questions about indexing backlinks

As the title says, I have some question about indexing my backlinks. I'm using Sick Submitter to do social bookmarks to my backlinks.
Should I use new account for every backlink or I can bookmark like 10-15 backlinks with 1 account?
Is there a way to be penalized from G if I'm doing this with the same account?
