Few questions about company names.

Hello,

Ok, so I found a company name, I have few questions.

first, suppose someone in other countries registered a company name, can I register this same name in my country ?

2nd, what is PVT, CO., LTD, LLC etc..

suppose someone registered name LTD , can I register name Co., Ltd. ? Or is it same ? What are these, are these country specific or business type specific.

usually, if you're in another country the answer is yes... That is unless that company also holds legal rights or is established in your country as well.
