I want to do some auto blogging and it is going to be the first time I will do it so before taking action I would like to ask some questions:
    1. if I do auto blogging and put adsense on my site can I be banned from adsense somehow?
    2. should I do a research and find some good KW that have about 2000 searches a month and low competition or just go for some big niches ?
    3. I am not sure which software to use - should I use auto blogging software or iAutoBlog?
    4. if I do autoblogging with a free blogger blog or a free wordpress blog can I still make some good money from adsense? which one of them would be better?
    5. how can I monetize the auto blog other than adsense and how?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    1) If you won't do anything to make your content unique, you will be banned for sure. As an alternative you can use the SE cloaking.
    2) Of course you have to do a key research. However I would suggest you to target low-density keywords instead of high density ones on the splogs (autoblogs).
    3) I can't promote my plugin here so use Google for the right answer ;)
    4) No one of them. Register your own domains.
    5) There are many good affiliate programs that allow you to earn money promoting their goods and services. These will never ban you for autoblogging.

The keywords can be high-density (e.g. "Job") and low-density ones ("I'm looking for a job"). These are just exaggerated examples of course.

As about "why should you do it". It's almost impossible to get your splog listed #1 in SEPR's for a high-density keyword, but it's very easy to get a ton of SE traffic with your 100's splogs targeting various low-density phrases.

The power of splogs in their number.

Thanks - I understood what a low density kw is and I actually found a KW with 4 words that has about 2000+- searches a month and $1+ per click...so lets say I will buy a domain and a hosting - and use some kind of autoblogging service - should I promote my site only with this KW or try to promote it with some other KWs?
and how much searches a month does a good KW have ? should I check the competition on market samurai too?
because until now I have learned about how to look for a good kw that i will use with whitehat promotion ...does it matter? does the kw on auto blogging have different qualifications?
because you said that a lot of splogs is the key to good money - so how am I supposed to find so many good kws?

splogs / autoblogs have been hit pretty hard by google lately, and they are promising to keep trying to get them out of the results.
I have a few autoblogs, but I don't think I would try to build another one right now.

You have a good keyword, why risk it and your adsense account on creating a website which will be HARDER to rank?

Create a simple 10 page site with unique content. It will be easier to rank that site, and there's no risk of getting banned.

Use your own domain, don't put your work into someone else's site.

You are right , at first I though to open a "normal" site with about 5 articles and promote it with backlinks and so but I soon understood that I know nothing about the kw I found so this is why i decided to open an autoblog...
but if you can help me to find some good resources to find articles it would be awesome- of course I can outsource it but I don't have so much money to invest...

Some splogs were hit hardly so the others (the ones that alter the syndicating content) has grown a lot. Personally I'm happy with Panda - it does great to me.

Agreed, but unless you already know what you are doing, it's just not really worth getting into right now... especially since there are probably more hits to come. (panda 4.5 :) )

    I didn't say don't go black hat :)
Find articles on your topic, mix together 3 or 4 different articles, make the new article at least 700 words long, then re-write the whole thing in your own words (or have someone manually spin it, which is pretty cheap) voila - unique article the lazy way.

I wouldn't do less than 10 articles for the new site though.

And, if you speak another language, do some research on trying to build a site in that language - I've been having great luck ranking for some keywords which would be impossible in english, and they have good cpc and next to no competition...
