Few more questions

    First of, I just want to mention that you guys have been great help thus far.

    Questions.

    1) My business serves many towns/cities. In regards to landing pages for these towns, is it safe to use the homepage as landing pages and change the text completely, or should design be different for every landing page? Side note: I do serve 50+ towns/cities.

    2) I'm currently expanding into a city that is very competitive. Where would I begin to start ranking for such city? There are probably about 40 plus different companies that I am competing in this city.

    3) What can I currently do to start ranking higher for the other cities I serve which aren't as competitive?

    I would advise to keep your homepage the same, as frequently updating or changing it doesn't give Google a good sense of understanding about your business niche. So I would make a tailored landing page for each city so visitors know you're credible.

    Speaking of niches, your question depends on it. If the businesses you compete with are not really online (ie local solicitors, dentists, and so forth) then it's likely that they don't have a strong online presence anyway to ranking should be ez pz lmn sqzy. A couple of good contextual backlink a, maybe a PBN if you have one or two good competitors.

    With larger companies, especially those that are present in multiple cities, they HAVE THE FUNDS FOR SEO. GOOD LUCK OUTRANKING THEM. While not impossible, definitely hard. Try to offer more specialised solutions instead of 'the main one'.
