    I found this interesting... Look up polyphasic sleep, basically you just need to sleep 6 times a day for 20 minutes in each session.. skip all of the useless sleep and jump into REM sleep!!

    difficult i think.. because REM comes after roughly 1.5h of sleep.. and the first time is like 5 mins.. next 10-15. etc etc..

    if you can lucid dream.. you'd be begging for more fun while sleeping :)

    theres nothing like it ... you can do ANYTHING you can IMAGINE.. and more :)

    even if you feel rested, it's very unnatural and bad for ya health.
    Animals sleep during night...so why would humans start to do stupid shit like sleeping 10 minutes for 20 times a day lol :)

    it sucks and i felt ultra tired. Even i lost my eyesight.

    I used to do it while i was preparing for medical entrance exam.

    was sleeping for 1 hour in between 2 hours of continuous study.


    "polyphasic Sleep is like taking break for food while doing sex"

    in my view.

    In excitation of work you may not able to sleep for 30 minutes.

    Forgieve me if i am wrong but for me this idea sucks 3g stick.

    Sort of... Humans and most other animals sleep at night because it makes the most sense. At night, predators come out... it makes more sense to stay inside and sleep at night. Humans are at a serious disadvantage being that we don't have night vision built in like the aforementioned predators.

    Polyphasic sleep schedules are perfectly fine and won't hurt anything but don't work well with how modern societies function. I don't know that many employers that would be "cool" with taking a nap every few hours.

    i sleep daily 3 hours for more than 6 or 7 years i think so, still now my brain didnt get explode....................... :) :)

    Well it takes me 1 hour to fall asleep, so 6 hours + 6*20 minutes = 8 hours! .. I dont know about you, but id rather just spend a full 8 hrs asleep at night :D

    I love sleep .. Last week, I had 3 days where I slept for 16 hours, just cos' I could!

    I heard Matt Mullenwegger did this shit for like a whole year whilst he was coding WordPress. I find that hard to be believe though. Personally, I'd like to see some credible long-term studies on the effect of polyphasic sleep, as so far all I've are these little underground logs and reports.

    I usually sleep for 4 hours and work for 8 hours - I prefer short sleeps - as opposed to long sleeping - Sleeping for short bursts - keeps you FRESH :)

    i got into this a few weeks ago and overall it seems that it can be done in the shortrun but in the longrun it isn't healty and will tear you down

    i second that!
    lucid dreams are the best! you can work the hole day without doing anything else and still have time to make fun stuff in the dreams :D
    you can even use lucid dreams to work! it's crazy what is possible!

    I normally sleep around 5 hours maximum a night.
    I also don´t think this lucid stuff is really healthy...
    Anyways... Everyone should feel free to do whatever he want.
    I sometimes stay up for like 4 days without any sleep.
    At some point you just reach a trance level and your brain"power" increases.
