    Hi Everyone,

We get occassional e-mails from potential customers saying one of our websites is "confusing" to navigate, and they can't find what to buy.

It's in the New Age genre, so we have mixed educational information with the products; our perception was too "in your face" with the marketing can be a turn off with spiritual seekers. Also, it helps to legitimately optimize our keywords. We get a lot of folks coming in from You Tube, and a lot of internationals, so perhaps there is a language barrier?

Anyways, if anyone would like to take a look, and give some feedback about how to improve it, much appreciated. The products are MP3s, CDs, and videos, and apparently people can't figure out how to buy them. Please, no sniping! If the subject matter is not your "cup of tea" OK! http://chakrahealingsounds.com :fing26:

That's like an Amazon Microniche site, you don't actually buy from it.Your clients finds Amazon cofusing,or you just try to advertise it trough bhw?If so,you kinda failed because people will steal your niche now :)

LOL i went in there looking for confusing and actually got confused becuase i clicked all over the place without reading a word and not finding a "BUY NOW" button/link. ultimately i told myself to hold my breath and see carefully. :D

i finally got the buy now button. the thing is its not hard to find. Just that it could be displayed more prominently.

    Thanks

it's not an Amazon micro-niche site, we produce our own titles, which also happen to sell on Amazon; we just have the Amazon banners in case people prefer buying from Amazon.... we still make the ususal profit, plus a little from the affiliate sale. ;)

Thanks bookmarc, maybe I'll add the Buy buttons on top also, or right under the titles. Been fine tuning this one for a while; Our visitors (and Google) are looking for legitimate educational info, and our You Tube fans are looking to buy what they've seen, so striking the right balance is the tricky trick!

You may want to place a call to action (Buy Button) in the hot zone in the upper left corner of your site beneath the header. This is also where you could add a sign-up box with freebie give-away to build a mailing list.
