As we all know 1/2 of my lucrative MULTI-THOUSAND (hehe) dollars business lives and die with my fake bags (china) shipping to satisfied customer in the USA.

Ever since I stayed back at my homeland here in Asia, I was able to sell $300-$500 handbags (which cost around $10 each) plenty of times for the whole year of 2008 and FEDEX was my friend, the worst delay I got from them is around 6-7 days due to customs gay guys wearing the prada bag in the closet for a few days before sending it out to my buyer.

My problem started YESTERDAY:eek: an advisory call stating that my NAME, COMPANY NAME has been banned from sending any bags of any kind to the STATES!!! I was like WTF????

In record I have sold over 350+ of these chanels, prada, LV,s coach etc...... but why oh why FEDEX put the nail on my coffin????? WHAT GIVES ASSHOLES?? They say I have been "hot" for sending these many bags [as a gift] to conspicuous members of my extended family [which is BS btw]

    MY QUESTION IS:

    1. what do you think will I do to overcome this?
    2. any china manufacturer that you guys can recommend that does shipment themselves [oh shit I know it's going to slash my income but I got a good satisfied market to fill
    3. or should I just concentrate on cookie stuffing? and leave this bag business alone???

if you searched for replica bags [brand name here] I have my site in there always in the top 30! DO NOT WANT THE TOP 10 spot as to stay low with the FEDS eyes.... lol

    What can you guys suggest????

PS we do not have UPS in here....the next close thing are the dumb guys at DHL....:23:

Leave the bag business alone unless you have $50,000 quality looking bags for $100 or so. I have a box full of unsold cheapish bags lying around.

Nobody on Gumtree or CRaigslist UK ever replies.

good thing I dont have any lying around, I usually buy 10 at a time mostly class AA not the highest ones. A website ranking high in the SERP will bring in the real buyers not the classified ads one.

The problem now is my courier services decided to quit on me....damn

ok, I am not trying to sound like a wanker, nor do I live in the US but why don't you go with a different Courier? I am sure there are more then 1 courier in the US? I used to import fakes here in AUS but got stopped by customs (long story) hence why I don't do it any more. but If it was my courier that stopped me, I would just change couriers?

Looks like you have a few options:

    Use DHL

    or

Get a middleman somewhere in the states and send the bags in bulk through a new name (a friend or something). Then rather than shipping a lot of packages international, you will only need to send 1 or 2 a month, then have the middleman ship them domestic.

    or

If thats too much of a hassle or will cut into your bottom line too much, just scale up the cookie stuffing for the time being and diversify your earnings some other way :)

Thank you for the sound advices. I will try DHL. there is no way the FEDS going to go to Asia and hunt me down. Lookiceo advice sounds good, the problem is where to find such reliable middleman. I'm thinking of doing a Canada only shipping cause the US of A is in hot zone due to this economic crisis and all.

    Thanks.

DHL is owned by UPS, so make sure that you do some homework and if you are sending to the U.S., that they don't take your stuff. It is always going to be harder to ship here, don't know why FedEx pounced on you, maybe just got caught up in a random ban. I would change names and still ship out under a different name. I think that what happened to you wasn't specific of what you do, just wanting to scare you and get you to give them more information. I live in the states so shipping is different, but I have never heard of a shipping company banning a company/individual unless there was an obvious problem, ie chemicals, illegals, animals ect. Another way to handle this is to have a company in the States that houses your wares and then they ship them out. Usually they charge for holding them and then charge a handling fee. We could do a JV if you needed ;) Good luck adjusting, hope 2009 is good for you.

    Good Luck to All!!

DHL is not owned by UPS they are competitors. Unfortunately, DHL is not doing domestic delivery in the United States anymore, but they are still shipping internationally. They have been trying to work out a deal with UPS to deliver their domestic mail in the United States.

Never give up on an establised revenue stream. Look at shipping under a business name/different name - maybe hire a friend to ship for you or swtich shipping companies. I think EMS is the cheapest anyways for intl.

You can do what my sister and I do for importing bags like these. You can buy yourself a spot on a container along with a bunch of other merchants from flea markets. It takes a bit more organization because you need to have someone in china to verify that the items made it on the container before leaving port. It costs a bit more, but we dont have ANY hassles.

Try EMS... they are known for sending these kind of merchandizes.

HOWEVER, your stock will get stopped at customs way more often, as soon as you stop using Fedex.

I will just quit the bag biz if i were you. (as I have already) You don't want officials to be hunting you down. Once you're "hot" and they're onto you, there's no way out.

If you ever received an adsense check using the secured check option, Google uses DHL, and I am in the USA.. The Google Check ships from Ireland.

I saw someone say DHL doesn't ship to USA. I just received 13 adsense checks yesterday from DHL, the driver wearing Yellow, Red, and black I believe it was.

I would use DHL if I was you-- there fast, and friendly. Also you may want to open new corp and ship under that one until they tell you to stop :)

When i was buying replica stuff instead of using Fedex or stuff like that, I bought my stuff off of TradeTang and it was always shipped EMS which then is usually delivered to New York or detroit and then shipped through USPS, they never questioned me and I always had large quantities of products that were claimed as gifts, customs never said anything, hope that helps.
