I am so fucking sick of writing the cheques that are used to fund bombs that will drop on innocent children and people at weddings, don't pay the god damn taxes, it's NOT a law. I am sick of this system that punishes success and rewards failure. I work hard so I have to give half my money away to someone who sits on their ass all day and does nothing and gets my money? FUCK the system!

And you think you're breaking the ice on this? This is a long known thing and does not hold up in court. Better than you have tried.

A great movie called Freedom to Fascism has a guy asking the head of the IRS to just show the law... the head can't and tells him that there is no hope.

I suggest everybody look in to alex jones. The rabbit hole goes really deep...

It doesn't go far at all, enough states didn't sign it to officially ratify the amendment. So in my eyes your solution is to waste more of the tax payers money to have it ratified again? Yeah that sounds smart huh.

Lets say 5% of us don't pay taxes, they are screwed and will have to change the god damn system. What are they gonna do? arrest 15 million people?

You can always do what I do...

I take the money that I would have paid in taxes and buy more THINGS that I can deduct as business expenses.

As far as I'm concerned... Damn near everything I do is a business expense.

I rent my house from my corporation. My corporation depreciates the house, maintains the house, keeps it furnished... etc.

I just rent it at a very good price.

Same with cars... Same with vacations. Same with entertainment...

Yeah god forbid we "waste" the tax payers money on making laws. We should use it in better ways, like starting wars without a reason, spending billions every month fighting some people who live in caves and getting our fucking asses kicked by them, spending billions trying to fix up the companies and banks that fucked up our economy and giving the rest away to people who just live off others. It's all just fucking fine and dandy why don't we just print a couple of trillion dollars, it's not like it's backed by anything, it's basically counterfeit money but it's fine because the government is doing.

You're missing your own point here. Your "waste" of money in making laws would be spending money to make a law that's already in effect. That's like taking your pants off to put your pants on. It's just a waste.

Take it from a guy who has been there.

DO NOT FUCK WITH THE I.R.S.!

It has been an ongoing anal exam for the last 10 years, all because I screwed up some forms when I owned my small 3-truck trucking company.

They play hard-ball, and they play for keeps.

Trust me on this. It's first hand knowledge. Think you hate taxes now? Wait 'til they come knocking on your door. By the time they are done, you will GLADLY write the check, just so they will leave you alone.

Just consider this a friendly warning from a guy who's been there...

I would like to see them try to seize the property of 15 million people. What are they gonna do, call the military? well, last time I checked the military was in a pretty big shit hole and it was digging deeper and deeper...

What do you suppose we do to fix this broken system? I am sick of this BS! Soon the country will go bankrupt, the economy will crash for good and it will be just like the break up of the soviet union.

They can pay a 3rd party to do it, just like banks do. They are willing to sell your property/assets for what you owe, no matter how below cost that is. If they bumped up the sale price just a tiny bit to pay for the 3rd party they'd still get their money at no extra cost for them.

Do you even look into any of the thoughts you think, or just like to rant aimlessly?

To prevent a country from going bankrupt you'd certainly not want to cut off it's funding like you seem to be suggesting. You just need to reform the spending, which is slowly being done. If you don't think it's being done fast enough blame the stubborn Republicans in The Senate.

They killed Aaron Russo (maker of movie Freedom to Fascism) for exposing this. They have also jailed Sherry Peel Jackson (ex IRS agent) for being outspoken about the subject.

Just Google "show me the law" to learn more.

Read up nut sacks, the IRS and the Supreme Court doesn't care anymore:

In Commissioner v. Glenshaw Glass Co., 348 U.S. 426 (1955), the Supreme Court laid out what has become the modern understanding of what constitutes 'gross income' to which the Sixteenth Amendment applies, declaring that income taxes could be levied on "accessions to wealth, clearly realized, and over which the taxpayers have complete dominion." Under this definition, any increase in wealth—whether through wages, benefits, bonuses, sale of stock or other property at a profit, bets won, lucky finds, awards of punitive damages in a lawsuit, qui tam actions—are all within the definition of income, unless the Congress makes a specific exemption, as it has for items such as life insurance proceeds received by reason of the death of the insured party, gifts, bequests, devises and inheritances, and certain scholarships.

    Income taxation of wages, etc.

The courts have ruled that the Sixteenth Amendment allows a direct tax on "wages, salaries, commissions, etc. without apportionment."

    Parker v. Commissioner, 724 F.2d 469, 84-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 9209 (5th Cir. 1984) (closing parenthesis in original has been omitted). For other court decisions upholding the taxability of wages, salaries, etc. see United States v. Connor, 898 F.2d 942, 90-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 50,166 (3d Cir. 1990); Perkins v. Commissioner, 746 F.2d 1187, 84-2 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 9898 (6th Cir. 1984); White v. United States, 2005-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 50,289 (6th Cir. 2004), cert. denied, ____ U.S. ____ (2005); Granzow v. Commissioner, 739 F.2d 265, 84-2 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 9660 (7th Cir. 1984); Waters v. Commissioner, 764 F.2d 1389, 85-2 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 9512 (11th Cir. 1985); United States v. Buras, 633 F.2d 1356, 81-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 9126 (9th Cir. 1980).

Oh and kind of strange how Aaron Russo died soon after making Freedom to Fascism.. weirdness.

Unfortunately, Saddam Hussein always slips peoples minds when they talk about Iraq

In anycase, I think BHW would rule this on the side of Political BS threads. Of which are not allowed. May be wrong, But it causes more drama then it is worth.

This forum is about BH Marketing tactics, Not about political ideals. Not only that, you have posted in the Business & Tax Advice forum, And your "advice" is "Don't pay your taxes"?

EDIT: See cause I was thinking that you didn't post anywhere in the forum except to cause political BS threads (People do troll here all the time). But guess I was wrong : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blackhat-lounge/192117-gangbang-before-marriage.html.

How many people who tell the truth AKA "conspiracy theorists "
    have been "died" so far?

I have a rule of thumb, if they "die" they were telling the truth, if they are alive, they are CIA agents.

    Which brings me to:

"This is secret society shit bra, keep it on teh low"

Why does it have to start with 9/11? You are rolling two separate issues together, But you are not alone.

All those torture chambers, Execution rooms, Mass graves. They were all a sign of Saddam being the perfect democratic leader right?

At the end of the day. No one (And most of all the American people), don't want America being world police. But someone has to stop people like Hussein. You cannot let genocide go on when you have a chance to intervene.
