I am fed up with many spam mails in my inbox daily round about 200 mails unrelated promotional.How could i get rid from all these spam mails ??????

There is this rare technique which I heard from some ancient gurus, im not sure if its still working nowadays tho; if you decide to use it, do it with care, as experimented by some of the best master gurus, it has proven to be dangerous and hazardous.
