Can I create a new facebook page and connect it to the business account?

Is it that straightforward?

If you make a new page to promote the same product your ads account will get shut down entirely.

from my experience its very risk:
If your feedback score drops to 1 or below, your page will no longer be able to run ads on Facebook. Please take immediate steps to improve your service
this from fb message about this service.
so you must to take care your job or found solution for this problem.
