Give us some information on the page.
    What's the Niche?
    How many Followers?
    Are they legit or real?

What's the buyers offer and i would not recommend Paypal. I think its called escrow, another payment site but it keeps both parties safe from being scammed. I could be wrong so hopefully someone can correct me.

Hi travelerbg! Why won't you ask the one who offered you to give you a downpayment on paypal to try if it is a scam or not. Make sure you get to know this person's contact details. :)

Not sure how escrow works. Could you explain me please ? I mean the buyer sends money, so they are hold in neutral account.. after the buyer gets the page, I confirm that the page is now owned by him and I receive my money, right ?
But what if the buyer says in Escrow that he hasnt received the page ? Is there a dispute or something like that ? Also how can I prove that the FB page is transferred to him ?

ps. guys this thread is not for selling FB pages, so stop sending me PMs, I just need an advice !

Take a down payment. let's say half or atleast 30% downpayment. Use teamviewer. The first he does after you transfer the page is click on the "Send Payment" button.

100 Likes takes 10 minutes to get.. No one in their right mind is going to buy a page that is so small.

What is the size and price you are looking for? Feel free to send it to me in PM, I may be interested in buying it and you can deal with someone who has been here for a while.

I'd use paypal, get them to send it as a gift then make them admin. I'd never make them admin first as you can be sure as hell they will take your page.
