    Home Page:
fb has moved the box which shows the friend requests, group and page requests to the bottom of the page, slowing down the overall acceptance rates of friends and fans.

i think this may be another way of fb trying to slow down accept rates to fan pages.

if you guys are experiencing lower accept rates, this could be part of the reason.

Anyone has stats on this? I also noticed the change. But is due to getting more visibility to Events, which were not generating enough page views as facebook would like. Cmon BHW and Viral page growth is not the only thing which matters to facebook ....

Keep posting stats on how this affects your conversion rates, I will do the same soon

I noticed this as well. It sucks to say the very least. It also seems FB is changing things on a daily basis with no end in sight anytime soon.

As far as the CTRL + C viral script, I agree that it has become saturated because I see it all over my accounts with the page suggestions I receive. I'm sure FB has caught on to this and I am sure they are killing off the pages that utilize it like crazy. However, that is not to say a modification to this code, or a whole new code in itself couldn't start working perfectly again. However, as soon as it gets saturated, FB will catch on and start killing the pages like wildfire again. So hopefully if there is a modification and/or new code, it won't be sold to just anyone to prevent saturation. Who knows...

Maybe I am wrong though. I have no evidence to back up the claim that they are deleting these pages that utilize this script like crazy, but I have seen it is already saturated and it would only make sense that they would be doing so.

Anyone else with further insight on this issue, please reply.

    Thanks!

In my opinion, this isn't gonna effect rates too much.

Users will still go check out their friend requests and so on...from the box further down the page. or indeed the notifications/friends request boxes at the top.

Well, anyone who has large fan pages and/or groups will certainly appreciate the fact that Event Invitations now appear at the top. :D
