Honestly, the plugin works right out of the box if the user guide is read and the user video is watched as it explains everything about the plugin and how it works etc.

If there is an issue with any of the settings and you think the plugin isn't working then our support team can troubleshoot the install for you and, yes, that means they will log in to your WP blog and work through the issues that could be preventing the plugin from not working.

However, more often than not the plugin is working but the customer thinks it's not as they have overlooked something or didn't understand how to test it properly. It's not always the case that the support guys will need access to your site to check things for you.

If you don't feel comfortable allowing our tech support team temp access to your wp admin then please don't buy the plugin. Our team are professional, reliable, honest and hard working. They don't have the time to start finding ways of compromising a customers blog for the fun of it.

They don't have the time or the inclination to do something like that and they wouldn't be working for us if for one second I thought they were the type of person who would. There, I have put my reputation on the line. That is how much trust I have in the support team that we employ.

Oh great, i thought it was 100% sure that i have to give access just for the install of the plugin, it's ok. It talks about your personal support, seems great.

Last questions, is there anyway that Google detects this and punish on Search results?
I understood the part from facebook ads, it has to be uninstalled before run. And try to keep it 10%. Does ithave to be uninstalled or just disabled?

No worries. The last thing I'd want is for people to worry about our support team being 'corrupt' lol :) They're a great bunch of guys and I trust them with my business and that's saying a lot :)

Google won't care less that your Like Jacking really and, as far as we're aware, isn't doing anything to detect it happening. Social signals are a part of the G's algo but due to it playing a small part Google isn't on the war path about it.

As for FB and ads, if you're going to run ads that take FB users to your website then yeah, to be 100% safe, don't install the plugin on your site until after your ads have been approved and running. In fact I would let them run for a few days first just to allow a rhythm to be established.

Obviously there is always a risk that FB may come back at some point and check your landing page and I need to let you know that risk, however small, does exist.

Because Paypal might ban your account for selling an illegal product that violates some laws and policies of facebook.

The product isn't illegal. There is no law being broken. If the product broke the law then BHW wouldn't allow it to be sold on their forum but thanks for your consideration.

Support will respond to you and you'll never be left waiting any longer than 24 hours. That is their standard response time although it is often much sooner. If you had of contacted them to start with, instead of PayPal, they would have responded and assisted you and resolved any issue by now.

Hi, thank you for your purchase. The error message that you're seeing is covered in the troubleshooting section of the user guide which there was a link to in your welcome email. In the email we ask/recommend/insist that customers watch the user guide video and read the PDF use rguide before starting to use the plugin. Doing so saves you time in being able to resolve the minor issues like the one you have encountered instead of posting here and waiting for a reply.

2. If I do not choose any options - plugin will work they way so any click on my site will be a 'like', correct?

Hi, as per the user video guide shows, you need to put in the URL of the FB page you want to get Likes for rather than just the name of the page. The PDF user guide and the video guide also walk you through all of the settings of the plugin where it is explained that if you do not choose any of the Jacking options it uses the default method of Like Jacking your visitors regardless of where they click on the page.

However, the most preferred and reliable method of jacking the most number of visitors is to use the "modal" box option which is where the visitor is Like Jacked when the click the x to close that box. It will give you a higher success rate of Jacking as it is the natural reaction of your sites visitors to want to close that box as soon as they see it and that is exactly what you want them to do too.
