I've seen mixed reviews on this, some people get it working no problem, others no luck. I'm one of the later. Support is rather useless as well as they want back end access to the site, something I don't give to anyone.

Plugin configuration is super easy, but it's just simply not jacking any likes. Purchased it a couple of months ago and have tried jacking to various different pages and still no luck. Finally just decided to uninstall. I'd say it's a 50/50 chance you'll get it to work.

Hi, I'd like to address the content of your post from a larger perspective. We currently have a couple of thousand customers using this on multiple WP sites. If your figures of there being a 50/50 chance of it working then we'd have in excess of 1,000 customers who couldn't use the plugin.

However, the reality of this is quite different as the percentage of customers where we couldn't get the plugin to work with their WP theme is less than 3%. Support is FAR from useless and I strongly disagree with your comments there. Support do an outstanding job and often go above and beyond what is expected of them and end up fixing issues on customers sites that are not related to the plugin they purchased from us. Giving the support team access to your WP install means they can run some quick tests and checks to diagnose the issue accurately and quickly.

By them not having access they have to ask the customer to run those tests and checks which can become a long and drawn out process and relies on the customer understanding exactly what the support team are wanting them to do.

However, if you provide the support team with screenshots of your plugins settings as well as a screenshot of the other plugins you have installed then, due to their expert knowledge and experience of the plugin, they can often see what is wrong and advise the customer and resolve the issue.

The support team are there to help customers and they do that task incredibly well but they do need the cooperation of the customer. Can you remember the ID of your support ticket? If not, if you PM me with the email address you used when dealing with support I will look in to exactly what happened.

Okay so I just downloaded this and I have one question.. It says its 100% stealth mode but I clicked the x and then it loaded up the facebook page in a pop up because I wasnt logged in.....

Before we can provide support we need:

1) Your license key which you can't post in this thread because others can then use it to license the plugin on their site(s)
2) We also need to know the URL of the site where you're experiencing the reported issue which, again, isn't something you'd want to be posting in a public forum.

The common cause for the issue you're experiencing is quite often down to you browsing using "private browsing" which is known as "incognito mode" in FireFox. However, I can't go in to any further detail about your support issue so please open a ticket at the support desk so we can assist you.

You do not answer questions via your help desk mate. I am unable to log in admin panel to download newest copy of this plugin. It says that "this user does not exist".

Hi, well, we do answer all support tickets actually. Here's a screen grab from the help desk where you'll see there are currently no unanswered tickets. I have covered information such as the tracking id, ticket id, subjects and names of customers for security and privacy reasons but you'll clearly see that we really do answer all tickets at the desk.

I take it you have submitted one? Could you provide the tracking ID of your ticket? And I am not sure what admin panel you're trying to log in to with what details. Customers don't access any of our products like that. When a customer needs to download a new version of the plugin they either use the download link that was sent to them in their original welcome email or we send them a new link.

So on that point I am not too sure what it is your doing or where. Could you post a reply here to explain?

I also searched for your transaction ID in our PayPal account and it's not found. Have you posted on the correct thread?

I have checked the PM that you sent me and for clarity I am updating this thread with the conclusion.

The user name and password that you received after your purchased of the plugin was given to you by jvzoo, not us. The details are to access your account with jvzoo so if you're unable to access your jvzoo account with those details then you need to raise the issue with jvzoo. It is their system and they are the ones who gave you the access details.

From the email address you provided in your PM I was able to locate a support ticket from you that was submitted on January 26th at 12.01pm where you asked for a new download link for the plugin. Your ticket was replied to within 3 minutes and a new download link was provided to you.

Please see the screenshot below of your ticket and the reply. Sensitive information has been obscured but the date of the ticket submission and reply have been highlighted along with the info that shows us the ticket/reply has still not been read by the customer.

Bottom line is that we always reply to support tickets and as you can see in this case the response time was 4 minutes.

Hi, the welcome email that has your download link and license key should arrive right after the purchase email receipt. If it still has not arrived please open a ticket at the support desk http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ and include your JVzoo purchase ID/number and one of the team will update your ticket with the body of the email that you should have received.
