Fb is scanning account again, What the hell is going on

what do you think happens when there are 8 billion accounts while only 7 billion people on earth?
There's only so many real people signing up each day, while the rest are bot

I've come to think of it, it's far more legitimate if a 18 year old user signs up, than a 44 year old
